Ingredients

  • ~1 tbsp butter (more ore less is fine)
  • 4 cloves diced garlic
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • Udon noodles

Steps

  1. Melt butter in pan over low medium heat and allow to brown then add garlic
  2. Prepare udon noodles as packaging instructs (frozen ones will typically have you boil them for 1 or 2 minutes then drain)
  3. Add udon and miso to the pan with butter and stir well
  4. Then serve!
