Ingredients
- ~1 tbsp butter (more ore less is fine)
- 4 cloves diced garlic
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- Udon noodles
Steps
- Melt butter in pan over low medium heat and allow to brown then add garlic
- Prepare udon noodles as packaging instructs (frozen ones will typically have you boil them for 1 or 2 minutes then drain)
- Add udon and miso to the pan with butter and stir well
- Then serve!
