Ingredients
- Chicken thighs (Skinless and boneless preferably)
- Chinese cooking wine
- Soy Sauce
- Msg
Optional
- Chinese sausage
- Dried mushrooms
- Green onions
Steps
- Chop chicken into bite sized pieces and place in bowl
- Marinate with cooking wine, soy sauce, msg, and any other spices
- Let marinate for as long as possible (could be 10 minutes or overnight)
- Transfer to plate (add optional ingredients) and place in prepared steamer for 15-20 minutes
- It’s ready to serve!
