Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs (Skinless and boneless preferably)
  • Chinese cooking wine
  • Soy Sauce
  • Msg

Optional

  • Chinese sausage
  • Dried mushrooms
  • Green onions

Steps

  1. Chop chicken into bite sized pieces and place in bowl
  2. Marinate with cooking wine, soy sauce, msg, and any other spices
  3. Let marinate for as long as possible (could be 10 minutes or overnight)
  4. Transfer to plate (add optional ingredients) and place in prepared steamer for 15-20 minutes
  5. It’s ready to serve!
