Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 cup diced, cold butter
- 1 1/2 cup mozzarella
- 3.5oz chopped pepperoni
- 1 cup milk
Steps
- grease baking sheet and pre-heat oven to 400F
- mix dry ingredients and butter with the back of a fork till crumb-like
- add mozzarella and pepperoni
- mix in milk
- make mounds or a big disc to cut into wedges
- bake for 15-18 minutes or till the tops are lightly browned
