Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/3 cup diced, cold butter
  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella
  • 3.5oz chopped pepperoni
  • 1 cup milk

Steps

  1. grease baking sheet and pre-heat oven to 400F
  2. mix dry ingredients and butter with the back of a fork till crumb-like
  3. add mozzarella and pepperoni
  4. mix in milk
  5. make mounds or a big disc to cut into wedges
  6. bake for 15-18 minutes or till the tops are lightly browned
