Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 2 XXX water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 300F
  2. Mix sugar and butter. Add pecans, flour, water, salt, and vanilla.
  3. Roll into 11-12 gram balls.
  4. Bake on ungreased sheet for 45 minutes.
  5. Roll in powdered sugar while hot and again when cool
