Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup Heavy cream
- 4 egg yolks (beaten)
- 60g sugar
- 1 vanilla bean or 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup turbinado sugar (1tbsp per)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 325F
- Mix cream, yolks, sugar, and vanilla
- Pour into ramekins (3/4” - 1”)
- Place ramekins into high-walled pan filled with water
- Bake for 30 minutes: till jiggles like jello
- Refrigerate over night
- Cover top with sugar and torch, just before eating
